About the role
As aCorporate Solutions Manager (Wholesalers), youll lead the way in engaging, nurturing, and growing our network of wholesaler customers. Youll be instrumental in positioning NICEIC as the partner of choice for training, and education.
This is a pivotal role where youll be the primary contact for key accounts, leveraging insights and expertise to deliver solutions that align with customer needs and our commercial goals. Youll also play a key part in shaping our internal culture of creating a safe and supportive workplace to develop and execute brave ideas.
What you'll be doing
- Developing a strategic engagement plan to grow our wholesaler customer base and revenue.
- Designing and delivering multi-year account plans that drive long-term value for both customers and Certsure.
- Proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities through a consultative approach.
- Collaborating with technical experts to create and deliver tailored customer solutions.
- Using data and market insights to expand our reach into core and emerging segments.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, communicating effectively with clients to elevate NICEICs reputation.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Delivering operational and financial reports to senior leadership, ensuring visibility of performance.
- Supporting the leadership team in delivering Certsures strategy, promoting a culture of innovation, integrity, and customer-centricity.
